Who We Are
StackScored (stackscored.com) is an affiliate marketing content site. We publish product reviews, pricing comparisons, and interactive tools for software and technology products.
StackScored is operated by RESUMOCAST CONTEUDO E MARKETING DIGITAL LTDA, a Brazilian limited liability company (Sociedade Limitada), registered under CNPJ 32.138.783/0001-60, with registered address at Avenida Paulista, 1842, Conjunto 155, Cerqueira Cesar, São Paulo, SP, 01310-200, Brazil.
StackScored is a venture/product operated through ResumoCast's venture studio structure. Resumocast Ventures Participações S.A. is the holding/controladora/economic owner for the venture studio portfolio; RESUMOCAST CONTEUDO E MARKETING DIGITAL LTDA is the external-facing operating entity for this validation/commercial phase.

What Data We Collect
Almost nothing. Here is what our infrastructure processes:
Cloudflare Web Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is a cookie-less, privacy-first analytics service. It does not use cookies, does not track individuals, does not collect IP addresses, and does not build user profiles. It measures aggregate page views and performance metrics only.
Because Cloudflare Web Analytics does not process personal data or use cookies, no consent banner is required under the ePrivacy Directive Art. 5(3) or GDPR Art. 6-7.
Cloudflare CDN
Our site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard HTTP request data (IP address, user agent, request URL) for the purpose of delivering web pages, protecting against attacks, and maintaining service performance. This processing is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Cloudflare acts as a data processor on our behalf for this infrastructure function.
What We Do Not Collect
- No cookies of any kind (no tracking, no session, no preference cookies)
- No user accounts or registration
- No email addresses
- No payment or financial information
- No contact forms
- No tracking pixels or third-party advertising scripts on our site (note: vendor sites you visit via affiliate links may use their own tracking — see "Third-Party Tracking on Vendor Sites" below)
- No fingerprinting or cross-site tracking
Affiliate Links
Our site contains affiliate links to third-party vendor websites. When you click an affiliate link, you leave StackScored and are redirected to the vendor's website. The vendor's privacy policy governs any data collected after you leave our site. We have no control over and no responsibility for the privacy practices of these third-party sites.
Affiliate links may contain tracking parameters (such as a referral ID) that allow the vendor to attribute a purchase to our site. These parameters identify our site as the referral source — not you as an individual.
Third-Party Tracking on Vendor Sites
When you click an affiliate link on StackScored, you are redirected to a third-party vendor's website. Upon arrival at the vendor's site, that vendor (or their affiliate network) may set cookies or use other tracking technologies on their domain to attribute your visit or purchase to our referral. These cookies are set by the vendor, not by StackScored, and are governed by the vendor's own privacy policy.
Our affiliate partners include networks and platforms such as AWeber, SiteGround, PartnerStack, Impact, CJ Affiliate, Awin, and others. Each uses their own cookie and tracking technology when you visit their sites through our links.
How to opt out of vendor tracking:
- Configure your browser to block third-party cookies
- Use your browser's private/incognito mode when visiting vendor sites
- Review and adjust cookie preferences on each vendor's site directly
- Use browser extensions that block tracking (such as uBlock Origin or Privacy Badger)
StackScored itself does not set any cookies and does not receive any personal data from these vendor tracking systems. We receive only aggregate reporting (e.g., number of clicks, number of conversions) from affiliate networks — never individual user data.
Legal Basis for Processing
To the extent any processing occurs (Cloudflare CDN infrastructure), our legal basis under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) is legitimate interest: delivering a functional website and protecting it from abuse. We do not process personal data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond serving web pages.
Data Retention
We do not store personal data ourselves. Cloudflare retains HTTP log data according to their own retention policies (typically up to 72 hours for security logs). Cloudflare Web Analytics stores only aggregate, non-personal statistics.
International Data Transfers
Cloudflare operates globally and may process request data in various countries. Cloudflare uses Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other approved transfer mechanisms for data transfers outside the EEA and UK. See Cloudflare's DPA for details.
Your Rights
Because we collect virtually no personal data, most data subject rights have limited practical application. However, you retain all rights granted by your jurisdiction's data protection laws:
European Economic Area and UK
Under GDPR Art. 15-22 and UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g., your country's Data Protection Authority, or the UK Information Commissioner's Office).
Brazil
Under LGPD Art. 18, you have the right to confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, and information about sharing. Complaints may be filed with the ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Protecao de Dados).
California, United States
Under the CCPA/CPRA (Cal. Civ. Code Sec. 1798.100-199), California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and to request deletion. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
India
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, Sec. 6, you have the right to information about processing, correction, and erasure of your personal data.
To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected]. Given that we hold no personal data, our response will typically confirm that we have no data to disclose, correct, or delete.
Children's Privacy
Our site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Since we collect no personal data from any visitor, this concern is moot in practice.
Data Processors
| Processor | Purpose | Data | Location | DPA |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | CDN, hosting, analytics | HTTP request metadata (IP, user agent); analytics are aggregate only | Global (nearest edge node) | Public DPA available; account acceptance not verified in this evidence pack |
Cloudflare discloses its own sub-processors at cloudflare.com/cloudflare-customer-sub-processors.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Since we collect no email addresses, we cannot notify you directly — please check this page periodically. Material changes (such as starting to collect personal data) will be prominently noted.
